Hi, I'm Nicole Crowder, founder of The Together Way.

For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of supporting children and families—as a babysitter, an after-school program site director, and a teacher for 15 years. I also completed my counseling degree, giving me a strong foundation in child development and family relationships.

Today, I serve families as a life coach, providing practical tools, encouragement, and guidance to help create calmer, more connected homes. While my background includes counseling education, I do not provide therapy or therapeutic interventions through my coaching services.

This allows me to support families through coaching, education, practical tools, and encouragement while remaining within the scope of my professional role.

My heart has always been to equip parents and caregivers with practical strategies, confidence, and hope so they can build stronger relationships with the children they love.
